This synchronizer ring is designed for the gearbox of a Citroën 15CV. The ring aligns rotational speeds of the gears during shifting. This limits noise during gear changes and protects gear teeth from damage. The ring has an outer diameter close to 62 millimetres and a width close to 9 millimetres. The material is suitable for mechanical load in a manual transmission. The ring operates on the cone surfaces of the gear and fits into the existing gearbox layout. It follows the original manufacturer specification to support correct shifting function and service life.
