Adjustment ring for satellite gear, developed for use in the differential of Citroën 11CV vehicles. The ring sets the axial position of the satellite gear and supports correct clearance in the gear set. The fixed thickness helps maintain constant gear alignment and limits unwanted movement of internal components. The material is suitable for changing loads in the drivetrain. The adjustment ring supports stable vehicle handling, smooth operation of the differential and uniform transfer of torque to the drive shaft during operation.
