THERMO SWITCH FITT. NUT

This thermo contact mounting nut is used to secure a temperature switch in a vehicle cooling system. The nut has metric thread with a fixed pitch and seals the threaded bore in the matching housing against leakage. The design is suitable for installation in liquid cooling systems and supports stable positioning of the thermal element. The material is adapted to operation at changing temperatures and conditions in the engine bay. The dimensions allow torque safe tightening with a suitable wrench.
